I'm a young eco-entrepreneur working across traditional boundaries toward smart and sustainable community innovation in winnipeg, toronto and the world. ABOUT iNSPiRED PRACTiCE In April 2007, I launched iNSPiRED PRACTiCE – an innovative consultancy dedicated to inspiring, informing and empowering our clients to build a better world while building resilience in business, government and the non-profit sector. Our areas of focus include partnership development, social responsibility, and sustainable enterprise. the iNSPiRED PRACTiCE manifesto... *Think and speak courageously. *Be fueled by the creative exchange of ideas. *Work in favour of focused perseverance not dogmatism. *Put passion into action. *Practice mutual respect and responsibility. *Hold ourselves in work and life to the highest standard of integrity. *Enjoy every minute of every day! iNSPiRED PRACTiCE has taken the lead in using a cutting-edge facilitation toolkit called Deep Democracy. I hold a Green Belt in Deep Democracy and have used it to assist groups at turning points move past road blocks toward success. Before iNSPiRED PRACTiCE, I was the founder of the University of Toronto Environmental Resource Network (UTERN). Upon completion of an Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto, I became a Master in Environmental Studies candidate. Some of my professional experience includes work with sister-company Options for Success Inc., the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario, Canadian Environmental Law Association, Commons Group, Manitoba Procurement Services and Marr Consulting. I am privileged to currently be serving as Secretariat Director for the esteemed Children’s Health & Environment Partnership of Manitoba.
