About Me

Greetings All!

First I would like to introduce my self: Im Tamara Klycheva, from Turkmenistan At the present time I am a student of National Institute of Information technology in India, and combainly I am learning about culture and environment here.I have started my volunteer work in 2002 in NGO Lebap Velayat Center of Volunteers Bridge discharge on grounds of staff reduction. By attending this center I have learned a lot of new skills, gained tremendous experience in community service, made friends with other volunteers of town and Turkmenistan. In December 2002 I become volunteer at Lebap Civil Society Support Center of Counterpart Consortium Youth Center. By doing all of this, I have learned a lot about the civil movement, communities and organizations. I have been a member of NGO Disabilities Physical Training Club. Our organization working with disabled people and orphans. Implementing the mission of our organization and the context of work with disabled people our volunteers team members tried to advocate their interests through: Conducting meetings with potential and current employers of the disabled people, in order to prevent the preconceived attitude towards them during recruiting new staff members and discharging on grounds of staff reduction. Proposing consultations to the disabled people on the legal issues and the rights. Conducting the round tables and other outreach activities regarding the issues of disabled people with the aim of transforming public attitude towards them. In 2004 I have been attend to International Summer School in South Wales 2004 (Atlantic College), the program called "Young People Change the world".
