He has been active in National, Regional and International Discussions on the need for youth inclusion in the information society and policy formulation and has participated in several conferences and workshops aimed at developing the potentials of young people in Africa. He has participated in several leadership programs and projects such as the African Leadership Academy in Monastir-Tunisia, JCI LEAD Course Cotonou-Benin Republic, International Youth Leadership Course Accra-Ghana, and UNESCO Values in Positive Citizenship Course, LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Programme and Integrity Institute. He has also facilitated the Nigerian Leadership Academy in Accra-Ghana and Calavi-Benin Republic and also served as Head Trainer for PRIME Business Leadership School. He has also served as Lead Trainer for Several youth leadership workshops. In 2007, he was recognised and selected amongst the 101 Young African Leaders at the African Business Leaders Forum in Accra-Ghana. In 2008 he was nominated as the "Professional of the Year" at the 2009 Future Nigeria Awards. In 2008, He was nominated as "The Professional of the year " at the Future Nigeria Awards. In 2009, He was selected amongst 100 Young persons at the Global Humanitarian Forum in switzerland. He is a Co-Author of the Book "Global Process Local Realities", a compendium of Nigerian Youths Involvement in the Information Society. In 2006, He won the African/Middle East Public Speaking Competition in Monastir-Tunisia and was a finalist at the World Public Speaking Championship in Seoul-Korea. A voracious reader and excellent communicator currently the Customer Care Manager for Nokia West Africa (Nigeria) and the 2008 JCI University Coordinator for Africa/Middle East. He was also appointed as the 2009 Special Assistant to the JCI World President and a member of the JCI Brand Council He is an International Training Fellow of the JCI University withover 400 Speaking Engagements in 16 Countries.
