AKINWUMI AKINOLA OLUSEGUN
Akinwumi is a professional in idea development, Human resource development and business coaching. His involvements over the years have commanded respect of having a still audience in his public presentations and trainings some of which include: management training retreat for staff of Xcel Digital solutions, Ibadan; Business development training at B.tech plus programme, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH); Time mastery at the Redeemed Christian Church of God annual youth week 2009.
Similarly, his cutting-edge skills in consulting has earned him the priviledge of conducting strategic planning sessions for managements of RUSRELL Restaurant and ALATA milk & Honey, the largest eatery in the Ogbomoso metropolis, Oyo state Nigeria. He has provided recruitment advisory services for the latter, while simultaneously training them on effective customer relations. He also recruited the start-up teachers of Bay International School, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
His membership spans across the borders of change-making organizations like The Intellectual Group, where he was the Executive vice Chair for two years. He is also a managing partner with Erudite Concerns, a firm with prime concerns in Human Resource Training, project management, idea development and recruitment advisory. He also serves on the advisory board of many change organizations such as AD-VANTAGE Incorporated (a company composed of human resource, reading club, music and consulting arm) and Kolling holdings Ltd (an IT development firm) among others.
In November 2008, he was outsourced as one of the professionals involved in training about 48,000 pupils and 5,000 teachers in Oyo state on mentoring under the project RAISE(Revive Academic Excellence in our Schools and Educational Institutions) platform.
Following his performance at the 2009 edition of DIGITEST camp (the largest ICT creative camp for young people in sub Saharan Africa), he was invited by Digital Peers International (organiser of DIGITEST) to serve as the structure and competition manager in the 2010 edition of DIGITEST Nigeria.
In September 2010, he was invited to work with the Nigerian Office of the African Women and Youth Organisation (headquartered in Berlin, Germany) where he pioneered initiatives such as the PD-LIGG (Political Debate and Leadership In Good Governance workshop); an event to commemorate the 50th independence anniversary of Nigeria.
While he was young he was promising enough to win the Omega Bank award for best graduating student of Citadel International College, Ikare Akoko and was simultaneously honoured by the school for having the 2nd best result in WAEC/NECO exams in 2004.
