About Me

Born in Southeastern Nigeria. Studied geology at the University of Nigeria at Nsukka. Also studied business responsibility and action research at the University of Bath School of Management, UK.

Worked on national management boards of AIESEC in Nigeria, Estonia and Brazil. Specialised in Corporate Partnerships and Organisational Development (including organisational strategy, governance, coaching and capabilities). Led AIESEC's biggest global change project to re-design organisation's 'Core Work' and later served on the global leadership team in The Netherlands as a Programme and Regional Director.

Joined Cadbury Schweppes Group in UK in 2003 as Group Human Rights and Inclusiveness Manager responsible for human rights, inclusive workplace culture, workforce diversity and work-life management. Later worked as Cadbury's Global Supply Chain Sustainability Manager addressing social and environmental sustainability issues affecting the cocoa supply chain. Combined this with role as Corporate Affairs Manager for Middle East and Africa.

Currently works as a Sector Manager for The Carbon Trust, supporting the biggest manufacturing companies in the UK to reduce their carbon dioxide emissions in response to the challenge of climate change.
