Having 14 years of experience in the field of Small & Micro enterprise creation and Micro finance with Industrial & Technical consultancy organisation of Tamilnadu, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development MP and Chhattisgarh Centre for Entrepreneurship Development. Presently working as State Coordinator-Chhattisgarh, heading and independently managing the State with 26 professional staff and two Regional Offices at Raipur and Bilaspur. Have also undergone a training programme with UNDP, UNIDO, ILO, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), British Council of India, TVU University London in India, National Institute of Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development (NISBUD), Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), National Science and technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTED) in Microenterprise, Small Business Management and Advance course in Microfinance. Earlier Post Graduate teaching experiences with Govt. engineering college, Jabalpur in Entrepreneurship and Centre for advance studies, Jabalpur in Small Business Management as visiting faculty. Presently Teaching “Entrepreneurship, Small business Creation and Microfinance” in MBA (Rural Management) in Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur and in MBA Ravi Shankar University, Raipur in Entrepreneurship as Visiting Faculty. Present Nature of Duties: Heading and independently Managing the State, Planning and implementation as well as capacity building of 26 field officers of Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Project (STED) of Govt. of India, Rural Industries project (RIP) of SIDBI, District Rural Industries Project (DRIP) of NABARD and SWA-SHAKTI project of Department of women and child in the state of Chhattisgarh for the promotion of Micro credit and Micro enterprise in cluster approach and NORAD Project for Women Empowerment. Planing, Designing, developing, conducting and evaluating different Micro and small enterprise development and Management programme for potential and existing entrepreneurs as well as for NGOs, Govt. agency and the donor agencies officers in Chhattisgarh state. Develop co-ordination and support the NGO programme and to identify, appraise, plan, monitor and evaluate the various NGO projects under the programme. To examine the yearly plans of operation, financial reports and requests for funds of NGO partners, compile consolidated statements and recommend subsequent fund releases by NABARD and SIDBI. To prepare and submit reports to NABARD/SIDBI through the General Managers in prescribed intervals in a standard format. Strengthen partner NGOs in planning, monitoring and evaluation of activities. To enable partner NGOs to develop comprehensive training approaches including learning needs assessment, skill building in training design, facilitation and monitoring of impact. To organise and conduct training for NGO staff. To identify and organise external support for capacity building. Assignment Handled: Have handled independently the assignment of NABARD, SIDBI, SFC, KVIC, UNICEF, Women Economic Development Corporation, IFAD, Action Aid, CASA, CARE, Canadian Environment improvement in Rainfed Area Project, XIDAS, SIRD, CART, Tarun Sanskar, PATH, PRERAK and other NGO in the field of Micro enterprise development, Micro finance, including training programme for Trainers and field officers and field research. Beside this having experience in handling project like Rural industries project (RIP) of SIDBI, District Rural industries Project (DRIP) of NABARD, Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Project (STED) of Department of science and technology, Govt. of India, SWA-SHAKTI Project of Govt. India and World Bank and Swamsidhha Project of Department of women and Child.
