About Me

Born and living early in international framework, I develop a strongh interest in international topics, and later in sustainable development issues. Then, I want to be more involved in actions for improving the living conditions of people, particularly giving hope to disadvantaged children and youth.

My years of experience, as well as my personality allowed me to strengthen partnership, conduct a wide scope of relevant expertise and get extended understanding of the functioning of challenges and problems facing society.

Part of my achievements includes:

1. Management:
 successful contribution to EU/UNEP/UNITAR management project in the Caribbean through development of strategic plan, conduct of contacts and exchange of information with multi-lateral actors at a public, private local, regional and international levels, preparation of workshop and training programs and tools.

 set up of EU Counterpart Foundation office, developing networking, technical guidance services on funding opportunities and application procedure for international members, affiliates and partners, securing funds for project towards NGOs capacity building in Kyrgystan and interest of donors in social - children, gender issues, environment protection, health, food security - projects in developing countries and other economies in transition.

2. Program and Policy Review, Analysis and Development

 Positive analysis of Phare, Meda environmental projects, providing recommendations on additional strategy, needed actions and partnerships required for similar initiatives.

 Developed New Horizons training materials and programs on EU policies

Conservation and Wise Use of Mediterranean Wetlands, Maritime Environmental Risk
Management System in Malta and Mining Waste Management in Cyprus; guidance Paper on the “Reform of EU Development Co-operation Policy and Programmes” used for the 2nd Joint EU/ACP Parliamentary Assembly.

Networking, Training Sessions Organisation:
Main Achievements: co-organisation of successful negotiations leading to positive
results with EU and foreign officials, improving EU Commission/NGOs dialogue and
