 About Me |
I am a public health practitioner with vast and varied experience i the are of Reproductive health and HIV/AIDS.
I am currently managing a public health program that recently designed, planned and executed a multi disease prevention intervention in Western Kenya. During the intervention, over 47,000 persons were tested for HIV in 1 administrative division in Western Kenya over a period of 7 days.
I love public health research. I am also a strong advocate of evidence based programming and hope that the vast research that has been conducted in Kenya and other countries especially in the field of health can be translated into effective programming and policies and thus positive health outcomes for masses of deserving populations.
I love reading, travelling, socialising and am generally thirsty for knowledge so keep it rolling as you get it.
I hope to make meaningful relationships through this forum, and to learn and share with all of you good people out there.
