I come from a long line of pow wow dancers and avid cultural participants. Samson Cree Nation is my Native band however I have not lived there much since moving to Calgary in 1994 with my family but I do visit regularly.
I enjoy participating in Urban Aboriginal initiatives but must admit I find myself to be more busy than usual making it quite hard to volunteer anywhere in Calgary.
I am a transgendered man who advocates much for minorities in the LGBTTQ community. I also like to immerse myself in two-spirited activities such as discussion groups or networking.
