 About Me |
I am a young woman (26) who likes her own life and enjoys working with other young people who share first of all my passion and love for my country and my region, then my interest for social, political, enterprenurial and environmental issues. I like being informed about things that are going on in my city, so that I and my organization can work in order to make changes where they are needed, although I feel I have worked hard in order to increase my organization participation in social and environmental issues mainly, I still feel, that I am not using in the full extent my own capacities and my other organization members capacities, we have so much energy, but there's still missing action into practice.
I feel thankful for my family, and my organization "La Escuela de Liderazgo: Jóvenes de Servicio", as well as my new job -I am working for the Planing Secretary reviewing the Territory Plan for my city and making adjustments on issues related to archaeological, natural and architectural heritage- and my traditional job -teach english-.
I like going to the movies, listening to music, dancing, riding on bike, going to the gym, reading, and sharing with my family, Escuela members and peole in general.
I consider myself intelligent, and capable of assuming responsabilities, even if they are not given to my by a superior or something alike, if I decide to make something for example in my organization I do it because I want it, and when I achieve it, I feel satisfaction. I also consider myself very sensitive about my country and latinamerica in general, in particular in issues related to development in rural areas, there is where I want to give the best of my self, I want to work with people who live in rural areas, I want to develop those regions, create opportunities for those people living there, that's what I want to achieve, I'm working on it, a bit slow, but I aiming in that direction.
