I’m 29 years old and I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I work in Intercambios Asociación Civil’s “Locos de Avellaneda” harm reduction program, and I have participated in many of the program’s activities as a technical operator.
To me, harm reduction refers to real work and commitment to drug users and their rights as well as clear policies and serious research. It also refers to the combination of these actions.
