 About Me |
I am an African. Many people have different definitions of what being an African means(where one grew up, which languages they speak, how they speak, what customs they adhere to, etc.) I usually fail many of those tests--I am of Rwandan and Ugandan descent, grew up in Canada and have only been living on the continent for the past 4 years--however, in this day and age, those definitions are not what will determine what being an African is. If we are driven to bring change to our continent; to strive to right the wrongs of the past and create a new generation of peace, stability and prosperity, then we are Africans strengthening Africa and that is all that matters.
I am looking forward to being inspired.
