Grateful to be alive and grateful to be one of the few people that realizes that life really is the most exciting thing I'll ever do. I guess I'm grateful to have 4 limbs that work whenever I need them to. 2 hands that can create and manipulate whatever I want them too. A brain that can process and organize -- can make decisions when I need it to and even have the ability to recognize confusion from clarity. I guess I'm pretty grateful that I possess a heart that is still capable of loving beyond compare even though I've felt like it's been ripped off my sleeve a couple times. Grateful that my tap water is still pretty darn clean and when I complain about my empty cupboards they're still pretty darn full. I guess I'm grateful that I've been born into a posistion of livlihood that isn't condemned to early death, unfathonable pain and suffering, and above all I guess I'm just really grateful I have the ability to help those people who haven't been as fortunate as me. I'm grateful I have the oppurtunity to make a difference. To make the world a wee bit better than what I was born into . ------------------------- More Random Facts about Jennifer Myers: -Everynight before I go to sleep I listen to the "Braveheart" soundtrack. -I sing Otis Redding in the shower. -Occasionally, I end up in fits of laughter all by myself. -I'd prefer a night in watching movies, then a party. -At times I'm loud and embaressing. I've come to accept it - I wish you would too. -I love to read, but find my taste in books exceedingly choosy. -I have a big fat crush on kindness, rawness, passion and love. -Despite my pacifist nature and love of compassion, I love historical war movies/stories about people kicking ass for justice. -Sometimes, I can be intolerant and short-tempered. -I have an enormous distate for superficiality and I have no tolerance for people that I feel reflect such behavior. -Animals are fantastically therapeutic for me. Even sitting with them calms my nerves. -I'm fairly emotionally guarded - and at times I trick even myself into believing, "I just don't care."
