About Me

Jake is an international honors student majoring in international studies at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Jake is the founder and president of the Students Initiative for Global Competitiveness , a registered student organization at BGSU and a non-profit organization that seeks to inspire a new generation of students who can compete and collaborate in the global economy. Last January 19, 2007, Jake organized the Conference on Students Global Competitiveness in BGSU and attended by more than 250 participants. Speakers from Time Magazine, the Economist, the Conference Board, and South African Consulate gave inspiring and motivating speeches on how today's students can harness their skills and talents in order to be globally competitive.
