About Me

My brother Ovais was in high demand and is believed to be born after innumerable prayers. Perhaps they exceeded what was desired, and that’s when I came in!

My dad would like to see me having short hair, dressing decently, studying 4 hours a day, getting a degree with high GPA and doing job in future to satisfy my own family’s needs. Mom seconds dad. I refuse to third it!

I have been hit for six sixes in an over. I am insulted as frequently as I breathe. I take an hour of effort to clean myself physically and mentally in the washroom. Often the cotton of ear-bud would get stuck in my ear. Ever since I got a bank account, either I lose the ATM card or its pin.

I don’t offer prayers, but I pray. I have been with various religious sects. I don’t see true Islam in them, they don’t see true submission in me.

Hate imposed stuff, respect proposed ones! Despise murawat, desperateness and sympathy. I don’t confuse people around me, I just share my confusions with them. Yet to see a time when I ran out of questions.

My ideas are at odds with many. I can be convincing to myself on two totally opposite points. Then I wonder which one to opt for!

Formal education is ______, though strings attached to it are interesting like school life. I hate most of my teachers. They do the same. I take a lot of time thinking during an exam and that’s why it’s never sufficient. The first answer is 500% the size of the last one.

I fought a long war to get tv-cable at home and when finally got it, don’t get time to watch it! I buy movies, fail to see them. I buy and borrow books that I am not able to read. Usually I am up till 12:01 am, but when it’s someone’s birthday, I would fall asleep. Living in Karachi for the past 4 years. Still have NIC, license and passport of Hyderabad.

When I go to visit my relatives after months, I find out there’s a new kid in their family and with utmost clueless ness, I inquire whose is it?

I have my own philosophy of love. Its noble, it works and I feel fantastic for believing in it.
