Nicolae Cirpala has extensive experience in planning and implementing different projects and activities. He is also experienced in financial logistics, accounting records, compiling plans, budgets also expert in Media, Fundraising, leadership, Volunteering, Health, AIDS prevention, Peace building and a team player.
He earned Urbanism and architectural Management diploma at State Technical University of Moldova.
Working in NGOs since 1997. First as a student used to be volunteer in Moldova College ARP projects. 1997-1999, served as the lecturer in the Character Education Project; from 2000-2001 work as a Head of Fundraising in it. From end of 2001 start to work in IRFF ONLUS Moldova.
Since October 2002, was elected as Executive Director of the Philanthropically Association IRFF ONLUS Moldova.
A native (born in 12.08.1974), Moldovan, speaks good Romanian (native), Russian, and English, he is fluent in Hungarian, Slovensky, Pollsky and Italian.
Cirpala Nicolae has more than 12 years of experience in designing, implementation and monitoring of different development projects. As NGO leader he organizes different projects for Public Health, conflict resolution and peace building, youth and humanitarian projects in Moldova and abroad.
Thanks to the position what PA IRFF ONLUS has had got in the past years, working in different countries Germany, Holland, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Russia, Ukraine as a Head of Fundraising and projects management I’m know their cultures and part of their languages.
He has in-depth knowledge of general management, strategic management, efficient communication skills, networking people. Cirpala Nicolae has served as a financial and logistic consultant on Moldovan projects for international organizations (for example IRFF ONLUS Adoziony a distata Italy, World Bank, IRFF International, UPF, IIFWP, Peace Corps etc.)
Married, he has a beautiful Russian wife two nice sons and a daughter.
