Mr. Trombin coordinates 24 IRFF chapters and projects in more then 40 nations, from Italy to Zambia, and India to Honduras. Massimo like to work with grass-roots organizations and groups, and is highly effective in team-building, networking and resource development. He comes to IRFF with more than 15 years of experience in social service programs and service learning projects. As the supervisor of the IRFF-Europe webpage, he recognizes the value of strong communication. Massimo also work specifically in monitoring the activities in the field, and with the direct involvement of grass-roots organizations
