my second year is soon to start, though at a new school.... =) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Throughout my past I have been involved in different activites and organisations. At first I was a part of the Swedish organization "Youth Against Racism" where I was active both at a local and a national level, as a member and as part of the media group. I was contacted by Eksjo youth center, who was looking for participants for a youthexchange in Poland on the subject "Stereotypes" when I was 17. I really liked the exchange and the thought of making one started to get into my mind. I participated in an exchange on the topic "PEACE" in Italy in the summer. Later I became active in a local UN group, in which I, thogether with the youthsection, organised a conference inside the Europeean Youth Programe. The subject was HIV/AIDS and reforming the UN. That was one of the reasons that I was selected to go to the EUROPEAN YOUTH SUMMIT, a UN conference in Sarajevo in May last year. I have also participated in the AEVE 2004 where I spent 5 weeks in South Korea where I learned how to organise workcamps, it also included 2 weeks in France but that is a long, long story. I have visited some more exchange and the future has more to bring, if you are interessted I can tell you more... ------------------------------------------------------------- Nowadays the organisation I give most attention is Loesje. I met her for real in Estonia last december, and I like her very much! =) ----------------------------------------------------------- My plans for the future will be European Volontary Service (EVS) in 2006, as long as I find a good project ;) , and after that make Future Capital. When I come back to Sweden I plan to study International Project Management for three years. Well, It's a long time ahead, so we'll just see what will happen... =) and also, I like to meet new people, especially from different cultures with other ways of life and of thinking. I like traveling and made an Interailtrip throgh some of eastern Europe last summer. I really want to go back to Crakow in Poland and Romania and Bulgaria again... this time there is even more reasons for me to go there than before.... ;) and ofcourse, I'd like to meet all my asian friends again, and visit their homecountries... but, I't will take me some time to save money for that...
