I am passionate about human rights and social justice, and Africa! No one created themselves, so no one can have greater dignity than another. I think every social injustice and human rights violation has, at its heart, a disdain for 'the other'.
And Africa! A positive bias for Africa (or call it, affirmative action). Africa will arise, because many young forward looking Africans have their fingers at its foundations, grimacing, groaning, as they heave. I can feel it budging, that great heavy mass, lifting off the ground, no matter how much some jump on it and push it back down.
Arise.
