iam jafer hisham from lakshadweep islands,the one and only coral islands of india.our land mass is only 32sqkms only. surrounded by blue water our islands lie in the middle of arabian ocean as pearls of this region.tottal 36 islands are present, the large one androth(which is my home island) consists of only 6.4 kms the smallest islands are only a few meters.iam completed my postgraduation in applied zoology and have interestes in biodiversity,livelihoods,environmental education to less privilaged islanders and make them to know more about them and also let them conserve their higjly fragile environment. if any one similar with my interestes can contct me to know about our islands and to work there.also if any ngo are ready to give me training in this regard iam happy to accept and work for you,if you have a queryabout this, i will definitly give you a replay.
