Hi
My name is Hilary, I'm a Year 12 student attending school in Sydney, Australia. I enjoy music, reading, cinema/theatre, sport, and socialising and I am lucky enough to be the social justice captain this year at my school.
I am a very passionate person who at the moment has no real ide about what she wants to do with her life, only that it will include always being apart of seeking for justice- whether it's in my suburb or around the world. I am hoping that we can increase awareness about the MDG's, which I fully believe we can achieve, as long as those who have been campaigning for all this time continue to do so with the same amount of vigour and we are able to spread the message and help the rest of the world to realise how important these 8 goals are.
I'm also a very optimistic and hopeful person who loves love and throwing myself into each day, because I appreciate everything that I have and fully intend on enjoying every moment I have. I think it is important to focus and draw inspiration from the successes and achievements made and to learn from the mistakes.
I truly admire anyone who is brave enough to stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves, they're my heroes.
I'd love to hear from anyone who'd like to chat about world issues and anyone who has any info about Sydney happenings!
