I am an Engineer by qualification. I did my Mechanical Engineering Degree Course from Bangalore University in 1979-1984 Batch. I am basically a science and technology activist. I started a computer training institute under the brand name of " Aakash Computer Training Institute" in Uttara Kannada District, a remote and most backward district of Karnataka State. Empowered Several Unemployed Youths of this part of the Globe who are scattered in several countries and several are back to their farm land. Initiated a District Level Daily News Paper which has more than 23,000 number circulation per day. Contributed more than 1000 Socio-Economic-Politico articles in the same daily newspaper. Setup Infomation Technology Education and Training Activity in 9 Government High Schools and Two Yuva.Com Centres in the same district to take I.T. to Rural Areas. Involved actively in Environmental Movement against the BIG Dams and Nuclear Power Plant and Kali River Pollution. Author of Haliyal Taluk Monograph published during Student days. Fought several Corruption cases. Founder of Yuva Loka Mitra, an activist organisation with more than 500 youths as its member to fight against social inequality,empowerment,sexual harassment,environmental education and self employment etc., writing poetry is a past time hobby. Translated Honourable President of India - Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's " The Song of Youth" in Kannada Language, which is used as a prayer several hundred primary schools in Karnataka.
I want to influence the " Youth of the World" which passionate me. I want quality of youths with quality of thoughts and quality of life, who can further the cause of humanity through peace,love, caring and sharing.
