Hayley is Director of Salsa Consulting, a vibrant new relationship management consultancy specialising in PR and promotion, sponsorship and corporate development, and fundraising. With Salsa, Hayley provides holistic relationship management and development solutions, as well as assistance in strategic planning, project management and high-impact coaching to maximise the impact of in-house PR, sponsorship and fundraising teams. Salsa is the vehicle through which Hayley uses her energy and expertise to build capacity for those committed to making a difference.
Hayley is a facilitator with The Frank Team, delivering workshops and speaking presentations in entrepreneurship and career passion to young people and corporates across Australia. She is also the Fundraising Manager of Canine Helpers, a Brisbane-based non-profit providing highly trained Assistance Dogs to support people living with disabilities and their carers, as well as professionals who work in the disability and health care fields. Hayley also recently joined the International Young Professionals Foundation (IYPF) as Communications Team Leader.
Hayley’s professional background is extremely diverse and her positions have ranged from retail store manager to brewery tour guide to Youth Parliamentarian and everything in between. Prior to her current positions, Hayley worked in University fundraising and development with Queensland University of Technology (QUT), where she also graduated with a dual Bachelor of Business (Public Relations) / Bachelor of Journalism with distinction in June 2006 on a Castlemaine Perkins business scholarship.
