About Me

Hi! My name is Abdul Harris Bin Abdul Wahab. My friends call me Harris but sometimes they call me Cairel. I have two older brothers and one younger brother. I was third child in my siblings.

My hobbies are traveling, trekking, camping and many more!. I'm was an ex smoker. I started when I was 8 years old. It was because the influence of my older friends. I stop smoking when I'm 15 years old. It's because of my school counsellor, Mr. Lim Beng Kung and National Poison Centre staff who helped.

Right now I'm working in Clearinghose for Tobacco Control Malaysia (C-ToB) as research assistant.

For my experinces in Fresh Breath Club, I was started joined that club since I was 14 years old. In that time I was a smoker. I had a lot of information about tobacco addiction and it's danger. Now I'm was the coordinator for that club. In the meanwhile, I'm also the coordinator for the SMART. I was my organization that aim to be tobacco free community.
