 About Me |
I have varied experience in all the three media: print , electronic and internet . This has allowed me to gain transferable skills related to publication, research, production, computing and the web. I was associated with one of the leading production companies in Pakistan , Serendip Productions, where I was taking care of information systems design, maintenance, archiving and even training. I am familiar with production management. I was also involved in research , research coordination, report and script writing. I had to participate in media and public relations as well, and this allowed me to network with people from varied walks of life.
I have taken a number of personal initiatives, like that of css.com.pk , which is the first ever website on the civil service exams and governance issues. I am in the process of developing pakistani.com.pk , a website about Pakistanis and various other sites like MBA.com.pk, AkhterHameedKhan.com , Environment.com.pk and so on.
Script writing is another area where I have worked as a freelancer and written a number of scripts for short films and documentaries as well as advertising campaigns like Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal, ILO-IPEC, NCHD-Salam Teacher, Red Tone Communications and various other projects.
