I am actually a Chinese born in Malaysia. I left my homeland when i was fifteen and lived in China. Then I studied in HongKong Li Po Chun United World College for two years before I studies at the University of Toronto Several years ago, i spent some times in rural China and became very concerned about the educational situation there. I'm trying to educate myself about the issue as much as i can while linking up with like-minded people. I'm also exploring the potentials in rural educational reform/ and the bridging of rural-urban gap in China. That's my part time interests. However, the task i'm concerned the most now is my little research project on a youth program called the Youth In Transition Project in southern Sri Lanka. I'm interested in finding out the elements that contribute to this youth development program. I can say that I'm a positive person, love to laugh a lot, ah just had my braces on (am laughin in a very awkward way). I just made up my mind to get more involved in the TIG community...after three years of initiating myself into TIG. I'm looking forward to meeting all young people from different places to exchange ideas and share experience. Hope our world isfilled with colours, love, peace and harmony all the time.
