 About Me |
My full names are John Ojukwu Gobanga. I was born on January 23th, in the year 1972, in Nairobi Kenya. I am the first born in a family of three; one brother and a sister.
I completed my primary school in the year 1985 and proceeded to join Nairobi School, where I persued and completed my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education exams in 1989. From there I joined College and graduated as a teacher in 1993. I was then emloyed by the Teachers Service Commision and served in the capacity as an assistant teacher in various institutions in Kenya, until 1999, when I opted to resign in order to enter into full time ministry.
During this time I also helped to found the Victoria Audio Visual Theatre Group, where I served as Chairman. I took part in a Television Drama Series known as
''NO LONGER TOGETHER''. I also helped to moderate television programs for school children. Apart from this I have also wriiten several plays, both for college and theatre productions.
I joined the Pan Africa Christian College in 2002 the month of September to persue a Degree in theology, but after a full term I could not continue due to lack of College fees. I'm a born again Christian who has great interest in ministry, particulary to the youth.
I love reading, gospel music, drama(where I also write plays and direct);some of my productions include the Discord, Hope In Darkness, The Venomous Sting. Currently I am working on a play entitled The New Standard. I also love debates and traveling. I have a desire to continue with my studies beyond undergraduate upto doctoral level,as I have an intrest in academic research on Christian Dogmatic issues in the Contemporary.
I aspire to teach in a theological Institute and estabish a centre that will train pragmatic Christian Ministers who are geared to translating Christian values into reality for the betterment of society.
