Spanning almost 11 years of television experience, Geeta Singh – an editor who works on Smoke (version 5.1 – Discreet Logic), Avinash Kumar Singh – director & creative supervisor, Geetika Narang, Jaiveer Kumar Singh assistant producers and Pooja Iyengar – assistant editor, we undertake and immensely enjoy doing tvc’s, corporate a/v’s, company profiles, promos, packaging, television programming and socially responsible work. Before setting up ‘i stylus’, Geeta and Avinash have both worked at Miditech Pvt. Ltd. a leading television production house in Delhi. We extensively worked on an automobile show called ‘Wheels’ which runs on BBC World till date, Geeta was one of the lead editors of the show and Avinash presented and directed the same. Apart from this we have also worked on critically acclaimed and award winning programs like, The Lions of Gir - Discovery channel Building blocks – National Geographic India on the move - National Geographic Living on the edge – Star plus The great escape – Star plus Real India Travel Show – BBC The Byte – Sony television The Threads of Life - PSBT & Prasar Bharti Indian footprints - The travel channel (U K based) Off the beaten path - Doordarshan (National Channel) Dream Destinations - Zee News amongst numerous others. ‘i stylus’ the company is now almost wholly self-sufficient and operates as a one-stop shop for all the pre and postproduction needs of all our clients based in India and abroad. We have in-house non linear edit platforms based on apple’s final cut pro hd version 4 and a graphics platform capable of handling 2d and 3d animation in addition to the regular graphics requirements of all of our clients. For all high-end compositing requirements, we work locally on the SMOKE in Delhi and also travel to Mumbai or Singapore for other platforms and telecine / reverse telecine requirements on 16m / 35 mm film. We work on all the formats that meet current production standards around the world – from 35 and 16 mm film to High Definition DVCam, Standard Definition DVCam, Digital Betacam and Betacam on both PAL and NTSC modes. Some of the advertising agencies we work with in India are J Walter Thomson, Ogilvy, Satchi and Satchi, IB&W, Euro RSCG, Contract and Joint & Arms amongst others. We have worked with a number of large corporates within India, a non exhaustive list of which includes Glaxo SmithKline, Air Sahara, ESPN, The Times of India, VLCC, The Young Entrepreneurs Organisation and others. We also did a corporate profile for one of the fastest growing Back Office Processing Company’s in India – IT&T for an audience in the USA and the UK. Spanning a very diverse gut of programming around the world, we have recently also completed a project for a company based in the United States – Mini India, the object of which was to familiarize non resident Indian children with their mother tongue. It has been so well received in the States that a UK, German and South African version of the same is now underway. Also as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, we work with a number of NGO’s in India including and most recently ACTION AID; of whom HRH The Prince of Wales is an active patron. For Action Aid, we produced a series of 30 second and 60 second spots on air in India at the moment, defining the plight of some of the communities that they work with. Received well by critics and well wishers alike – it is now being hailed as a powerful social call to people who can help in the country. In addition to this, we also directed / scripted and produced a 22 min long award winning documentary, now doing the rounds of film festivals around the world and will also hopefully travel to the Cannes Film Festival 2005. It was also screened for HRH Prince Charles on his recent visit to India. Our strength lies in the fact that we can produce work that is visually slick, technically sound, content wise rich and delivered on schedule. With a proven track record behind us, we are confident of being able to provide a product that far exceeds the expectations of most of our clients; we also look forward to working on challenging and intellectually stimulating work whenever it is presented to us.
