Suelo decir que dedico mis días a acercarme a mis sueños. Tengo 19 años, estudio periodismo y soy activista gay en derechos humanos. Actualmente milito y trabajo en el Movimiento Homosexual de Lima (MHOL), la organización de diversidad sexual más antigua de América Latina, donde me encargo del área de comunicaciones para el Programa de Promoción y Defensa de los Derechos Humanos de Lesbianas, Travestis, Gays y Bisexuales en Perú (que cuenta con el apoyo de HIVOS) y para el Objetivo VIH 1b del Programa Cerrando Brechas (financiado por la 5ta. Ronda del Fondo Mundial de Lucha Contra el Sida).

A través de estas iniciativas he podido apoyar la formación del Sistema Nacional de Defensoría Comunitaria LTGB (SINDECO) en Perú y las Mesas de Concertación de Lesbianas, Travestis, Gays, Bisexuales y Trabajadoras Sexuales, espacios de intercambio de las comunidades para detener el VIH y promover su ciudadanía. Junto a los activistas del SINDECO y las Mesas hemos realizado a fines de 2007 la primera campaña nacional y descentralizada contra el estigma y discriminación hacia LTGB y TS "Somos peruanos, somos diversos, seámoslo siempre" (www.somosdiversos.com).

Además, soy miembro del comité de comunicadores de la Coordinadora Nacional Multisectorial en Salud (CONAMUSA), MCP de los programas del Fondo Mundial en Perú.

Soil say that I dedicate my days closer to my dreams. I'm 19 years, studying journalism and I'm gay activist in human rights. Current activities and work in the Homosexual Movement of Lima (MHOL), the oldest America organization of sexual diversity, where I ordered the area of communications for the Programme for the Promotion and Defence of Human Rights of Lesbians, Travestis, and Gays in Peru (which has the support of HIVOS) and objectives for HIV 1b Closing the Gaps program (funded by the 5th. Round of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS).

Through these initiatives have been able to support the formation of the National System of Community Advocate LTGB (SINDECO) in Peru and the officers of Conclusion of Lesbians, Travestis, Gay, Bisexual and sex work, spaces for the exchange of communities to curb HIV and promote their citizenship. Along with activists SINDECO and the officers have done in late 2007 the first national campaign and decentralized against stigma and discrimination towards LTGB and TS "Somos peruanos, somos diversos, seámoslo siempre" (www.somosdiversos.com).

In addition, I am a member of the Communications Committee of the National Multisectoral Coordinating Health (CONAMUSA), CCM of Global Fund programmes in Peru.
