About Me   About Me
I have always been zealous in finding sustainable solutions for society’s maladies. Upon completion of post-secondary education in Marketing at The Academy of Business Administration, I had the opportunity to engage in mainstream West African youth processes such as attending the West Africa Regional Workshop on Youth in Civic Engagement, sponsored by the World Bank Ghana office and subsequently contributed immensely to the E-Consultation on Youth Participation in Poverty Reduction Strategies hosted by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in collaboration with the World Bank Institute.
This interest propelled me in pursuing a B.A. in Development Management at Ghana Christian University College, affiliated with University of Wales, UK. My drive to serve and lead local communities work out their future in a manner that does not compromise the shared benefits of future generations, impelled me to undertake numerous community-based projects with Youth-Led organizations such as Global Youth Action Network, Youth Realities Network, Youth Action Movement, Student World Assembly, among others. Some achievements from this sphere includes, hosting of the Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) 2008 as the National Lead Agency in Ghana, and winning the bid to host the 3dr Annual Student World Assembly, International Convention in Ghana.
These engagements provided substantial opportunity for me to develop an understanding of not just the concept of community development but also development within the West African region. These notable achievements paved the way for my selection to represent Ghana at the World Youth Congress in Quebec, Canada, and subsequent as a Rapporteur for the UN-HABITAT’s 2008 World Urban Youth Forum in Nanjing, China. Being part of these global youth engagements augmented my knowledge in emerging social issues, youth-led development, and sustainable livelihoods.
Amid these experiences, Cyril is a self-motivated, confident, hardworking, and highly enthusiastic individual with strong critical ability and good problem solving skills.

As a Activist
Almost all of us grew up eating meat, wearing leather, and going to circuses and zoos. Many of us bought our beloved “pets” at pet shops, had guinea pigs, and kept beautiful birds in cages. We wore wool and silk, ate McDonald’s burgers, and fished. We never considered the impact of these actions on the animals involved. For whatever reason, you are now asking the question: Why should animals have rights?
