 About Me |
I am the Executive Director of an NGO called Family Health Trust, Lusaka Zambia. The mission of this organisation is to contribute to the prevention and control of further spread of HIV and facilitate the provision of core and support to those affected in order to enhance their quality of life and ultimately attain an AIDSfree society. FHT is an umbrella organisation of three projects - AIDS Action Project - is a prevention project targeting children and young people in and out of school, including tertiary institutions.
- Lusaka Home Based Care Project - offers holistic clinical and psychosocial support to People Living with HIV/AIDS and their families.
- Children in Distress (CINDI)
is a project that helps to build capacity in families and communities to absorb the extra burden of care for orphans and vulnerable children.
