He is the Programme Officer of Pan African Development Education and Advocacy Programme (PADEAP), an international non governmental organization based in Funtua, Katsina State, Nigeria. Comrade Experience lives a life that is anchored on a very strong belief that the only purpose of man’s existence is to contribute to solving humanity numerous problems. This belief has driven him to initiate and championed many youth lead and community development projects. He is the pioneer and coordinator of the PADEAP/NYSC Peer Educators HIV/AIDS Prevention Project, an initiative that coordinates and supports the peer education training and sensitization efforts of NYSC Corps members in secondary schools in Katsina State. Youth Leaders For Positive Change is another project he initiated and coordinates. This project trains, equips and empowers youth leaders on life, leadership and conflict resolution skills, HIV/AIDS sensitization and Computer appreciation. He is presentlly the project manager of HIV and AIDS Sensitization and VCCT Training Project of his organisation which is supported by the Katsina State Action Committee on AIDS and World Bank. He has a bias for human rights especially children, women and environmental rights. He coordinated a Human Rights Education Project (Assisting Communities Together{ACT} )of his organization which was sponsored by the United Nations Human Rights Commission and UNDP. This project covered secondary schools in eight local government areas of Katsina State. Experience Nduagu has an enthusiastic interest in the campaign for the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in Nigeria and Africa. This interest has moved him to organize and facilitate seminars and workshops, campaigns and inter-school football competitions on MDGs. On October 15-16, 2006, he coordinated a team of 50 facilitators that mobilized forty five thousand, eight hundred and fifteen (45,815) persons in Katsina State to STAND UP against poverty and STAND UP for the achievement of Millennium Development Goals. Through the STAND UP, a global event of the United Nations Millennium Campaign and the Global Call to Action against Poverty (GCAP), a Guinness World record of 23,542,614 people stood up against poverty and for millennium development goals. Experience is a member of numerous national and global non-profits and youth networks. Also, he chaired the Roll Back Malaria Initiative, Katsina State Chapter and LEAP Alumni, Katsina State(2007). He is presently pursuing his masters degree in Chemical Engineering at the Åbo Akademi University, Finland. He hopes to contribute to climate change mitigation in his chosen area of specialisation.
