Sobre Mim

At present, I am working with the USAID Jordan Economic Development Program as Gender Integration, Workforce and Youth Development Specialist. This opportunity has strengthened my skills in designing projects, managing and monitoring grants and presenting results to the stakeholders.

My previous experiences were in the field, implementing projects that aimed to promote Information and Communication Technology as a tool for the local communities to enhance their life circumstances, and improve youth workplace skills in order to undertake an active role in their communities' development.

Managing such projects required strong skills in communicating with the local community, reporting to the donors, presenting results to the local community and various stakeholders, as well as good coaching and training skills in order to provide the required support to the young people who were our channel to the local community.

My experience in project management in various locations has helped me to build close relationships within various local communities, recognize their needs, and have a better understanding of what projects and programs would prove beneficial for them.

Graduated with honored grades from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, major in Computer Science.
