She works in a youth organisation named synergie Banlieue which performs on: - Health with HIV/AIDS prevention, reproductive health of youth promotion, violence and abuse prevention among children and young people living in the suburbs of dakar - Education with young girls insertion and maintaining at school - Promoting young people outside the scolary systeme with their socio-professional rehabilitation. She was the ACI (African consultant international)focal point during the script on AIDS competition in 2007. Her interest on children and youth living encourage her to carry on working with and for children and youth. Her goal is to achieve children and youth participation in all decision which will be taken by the leaders, and to empower their leadership in her country. she has managed many activities fighting AIDS and child discrimination .At ICASA 2008 she has presented two sessions the first for capacity building on a society game “STOP SIDA’’ and the second: on reproductive health knowledge, behaviour and practice of adolescent in the context of HIV/AIDS: a study in the suburbs of Dakar. Her vision is a world in which every child and every youth is fully respected like in the human right. Without efforts anything cannot be achieved in this world. Dieynaba Famanta est l'actuel Point Focal National de Global Youth Coalition on AIDS(GYCA) au senegal. elle est membre d'une organisation de jeunes nommée Synergie Banlieue qui travaille dans les domaines de: -la Santé avec la promotion de la santé reproductive des enfants/jeunes et la prévetion des violences et abus faits aux enfants. -l'education avec l'insertion et le maintien des filles a l'ecole -la promotion des jeunes non scolarisés pour leur reinsertion socio-professionnelle Elle était le point focal de ACI (african consultant international) durant le concours inetrnational scenarios d'afrique. Son interet pour les enfants et les jeunes l'encourage a continuer a travailler avec et pour ces derniers. Son but est d'atteindre la participation efficiente des jeunes, et de renforcer leur leadership dans la réponse au VIH/SIDA. Elle a participé a plusieurs activités dans le domaine de la lutte contre le VIH/SIDA notamment a la Conférence Internationale sur le SIDA et les ISTs en Afrique (ICASA2008)ou elle a fait deux presentations lors des sessions de renforcement de capacité et des sessions plainières. sa vision est un monde où tous les droits de l'homme sont respectés et les enfants/jeunes vivent en parfaite harmonie. Sans efforts, rien ne peut etre atteind dans ce monde .
