 About Me |
I'm currently a senior at Barnard College of Columbia University in New York City
studying a major in Women’s Studies with a concentration in Human Rights Studies. I am a pre- and post- HIV testing counselor with the Gay Health Advocacy Project (GHAP)
during the academic year at Columbia College’s Health Services. I have interned for the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) during the
summer of 2009 conducting research on the discrimination of lesbian, gay, bisexual,
transgender individuals and people affected by HIV and AIDS worldwide.
I will be interning for the Global Youth Coalition on HIV/AIDS (GYCA) and the
International Human Rights Funders Group (IHRFG) through the summer of 2010.
