About Me

I am Anthony Onyeama, a 2008 graduate of Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria.I have a strong passion for social justice and good governance. My passion for social justice was strengthened why when I became a member of the Guild of St.Anthony of Padua- a social religious association of St.Peter's Chaplaincy,Univeristy of Nigeria that works to help the less privileged. I served as the secretary of the group in the 2006/2007 academic session and served also as the group's leader in 2008. I was also a dedicated member of the Policy Analysis and Research Group (PARG)- a University of Nigeria student based research body that meets weekly to brain storm on hot issues of both Nigerian and global economies. I also served as the the Director of Public Relations of the group in 2006 academic year.
In 2009/2010, during my compulsory one year National Youth Service in Ado-Ekiti, Southwest Nigeria, I was the secretary of the National Association of Catholic Corps Members Ekiti state chapter- a body that serves the welfare of the members both on ground and prospective ones. Our primary goal was fund raising for the up keep and welfare of new members.
My hobbies are: Meeting people, sight seeing and listening to radio and TV live programmes.
