 About Me |
My task here is to design and launch the PEACE IT TOGETHER campaign, within the context of the UN Declaration for the Decade of a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence for the Children of the World, and developing a Global Network of Young Peacebuilders. The PEACE IT TOGETHER campaign is an essential tool in the process of raising awareness of the need for a culture of peace and the alternatives to violence. An active participation of youth is essential in order to fulfill these aims, as youth are essentially at the core of all major change that has taken place in history. For this reason this campaign intends to link up youth around the world and encourages them to jointly act.
