Evaluated and reported on the impact of these programs. · Organized and participated in two Electoral Assessment missions to Albania (9/00, 5/01) and an institutional needs assessment of the Serbian Parliament (5/01) as part of international delegations. · Staffed NDI’s International Leaders Forum, an event that hosted more than 500 political party leaders and diplomats from around the world at the 2000 Democratic Party Convention. PROGRAM ASSISTANT, MAY 1997 - JULY 1998 THE CENTER FOR DEMOCRACY, WASHINGTON, D.C. · Organized foreign governmental delegations from emerging democracies in Europe and Asia that met with U.S. Administration and Congressional officials. · Organized an international conference on rule of law held at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France attended by Supreme Court Justices from over 30 emerging democracies.
