Evaluated and reported on the impact of these programs. · Organized and participated in two Electoral Assessment missions to Albania (9/00, 5/01) and an institutional needs assessment of the Serbian Parliament (5/01) as part of international delegations. · Staffed NDI’s International Leaders Forum, an event that hosted more than 500 political party leaders and diplomats from around the world at the 2000 Democratic Party Convention.
