 About Me |
I spent a large part of my childhood overseas bouncing between the coasts of Norway and Scotland. Attending private international schools with kids from all around the world was a wonderful way to grow up and provided many valuable experiences which have nurtured my interest as an adult in international librarianship. I’m especially interested in becoming involved with efforts to establish or rebuild library services in countries transitioning out of war. I also have an interest in youth advocacy and helping youth become empowered through self-education and library services. I currently work as an assistant librarian at the Jefferson Community College in Watertown, New York.
