My passion is human rights. I am an active member of Amnesty International, my first love and passion, and a student activist for the American Civil Liberties Union.
Specifically, I am interested in the plight of child soldiers, the genocide crises, and landmine removal. I am a loyal Democrat, but consider myself a citizen of the world. If I could have one thing...it would be an opportunity--any opportunity to change what I can and accept what I can't. I don't ask for world peace but I want it. I want it.
