...and TIG was never the same again. Crazy as his life may be it is rarely ever boring. In fact boredom is anathema to this brother and all efforts (no matter how outrageous) are made to avoid it. Instead of the stereotypical rootless drifter, he's more like an enormous vine spreading out in all directions planting roots wherever his tendrils grip the soil. A gigantic spreading network of creativity and destruction if you will. He travels physical and mental space and time to unlock the mysteries of our lives and world. He seeks adventure, love and harmony, creative living and righteous disruption. Rules are broken en masse and imposed authority is disrespected/ ignored with the abandon of an anarchist. He is walking the paths of excess, love, shamanism, mystic spiritualism and justice for all. He is completely prepared to be lost in the journey, as all adventurers should be. He writes (and writes and writes and writes) because it's the only place he can't bullshit himself, a form of healing for the scars of which he has many. He's witnessed the hate and tasted the love. Both forces continue to wage their eternal battle within him, but he thinks love may just be winning. Surrounded by angels, talking to ancestors and riding on the shoulders of giants. Keep on groovin' brother. He'll probably die young but that's okay, death's just an illusion anyway.

Alright, enough of that shite. My name's Rob and I was was born and raised in that lovable glacier called Canada. But where I'm actually from is a different story entirely and one I'm not going to tell you. I'm in India right now, working on organic farming (supposedly), biding my time until I can bolt with my lady and get lost in Asia. After that I'm on a mission to Zion!
Born to a powerful Jamaican villager and a Scots adventurer (R.I.P. Dad), I've carried the blessing and curse of being different my whole life, not fitting in even when I tried. I used to hate it, now I love it even though it gets me in trouble sometimes.
I'll listen to any good music but dub and Montreal instrumental soundscapes are my weakness. A bon vivant and Rimbaud admirer, I believe we only live once (as far as I know) so live it up I must. I'm your friend and I'm up for whatever. Let's make unrealistic plans and improbable theories. Let's push the boundry as far as it'll go. Let's take the dark alley shortcut and plan a journey we have a good chance of getting killed on. Let's abandon all belief and experience life directly for a change. Hurrah! Hurrah! Inhibition is dead! The only real boundries are the ones in our head!
