About Me

I am a self-employed social entrepreneur located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In addition to my practice, I am in the process of completing my Bachelors in Administrative Studies at the University of Winnipeg.

I am passionate about culture and community development and for the past ten years have been heavily involved in Digital Literacy, Information & Communication Technologies & Youth Employment.

-Project Manager, Community Access Program Youth Initiative managed by Junior Achievement for 4 years (1997-2001).
-Project Director - Manitoba First Nations SchoolNet (2002-2005)
-Project Director for Broadband Communications North that brought broadband connectivity to the majority of Manitoba's First Nations. (2002-2005)
-In August, 2005 I was recognized as a Champion for Digital Literacy by Certiport International
-Currently working on a digital literacy project in Poplar River First Nation

I am an outdoor enthusiast, kayaking, cycling, scooting and the like. I am a certified Reiki practitioner, hobby aromatherapist and avid cultural consumer within the rich cultural mosaic that is Winnipeg (music, cuisine, people & community)

I have two Devon Rex cats - Big E & Min E
