About me
Hailing from the Pearl of Africa, Caesar has been involved with issues pertinent to
youth and general community since high school when he was Director of
International Relations of the Interact Club, a section for young people in Rotary
International, an organisation that's involved with community welfare, charity and specifically deals with ideologies that are under the theme: ‘service above self’.
During this period(1998),he was selected country delegate for the 73rd
Conference of District 9200 that comprises of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia
and Mauritius. Upon enrolment, Caesar joined the UNESCO Club at University
where he undertook assignments in relation to the club's activities.
As a result, he was selected country delegate once again to the 3rd UNESCO
Youth Forum and also was part of the Ugandan Delegation to the 32nd General
Conference of UNESCO.Caesar has participated in UNESCO work camps and being
a member of the African Stakeholders Network of the UN ICT
Taskforce, participated in the March online discussion on Internet
Governance, which was held in preparation for the Conference on Internet
Governance in New York during the same month.
He’s also been part of radio talk shows and presentations on aspects relating to youth.
Currently, Caesar is attached to the Uganda National Commission for UNESCO
as Coordinator of the Virtual Reality Programme.
"My passion lies in being a guide in the transformation process, creating a better
world in every perspective within my reach."
He loves meeting people and making friends with whom great ideas are exchanged and eventually nurtured into realities.
Watching documentaries and reading about (and listening, too) great people who
have made the world what it is today, are a great source of Inspiration to him.
Caesar intends to pursue a career in telecommunications in relation to Information Technology. Extracurriculary,he has keen interest in world politics and international relations.
TakingITGlobal.org (TIG),the largest online community driven by young people and empowered by technology, has enriched him with vast ideas,knowledge & understanding on events that keep unfolding day after day.
Together with the TIG International team based in Toronto Canada,Caesar is involved in getting the Creating Local Connections Project started in Uganda.

Caesar graduated with a BSc. Engineering degree (Electrical: with a major in Telecommunications and Computer Networking) in November
2003.
