About Me |
Why us? Why here? How? These are questions that I keep wondering about. The big bang occurred billions of years ago and created the world as we know it today. It started with nothing, only with some particles and atoms that started to form between them. Then life appeared, but not as we know it, it was a primitive life, mostly underwater species. Moreover, it took millions on years to create the most basic substitute we know, water. How was it possible that all this evolution would create us? How did the sun appear? Why is there oxygen on our planet? Wasn’t it already written somewhere? It’s like if everything was meant to be like this. Does some kind of superior strength know that this was going to happen? Are we the only one in the universe or there are others species? Is there more technologically advanced lives or only primitive ones? The world is an unexplained phenomenon. Have you ever consider the theory on infinity? How can a thing never ends, always going farther and farther without ever touching the end. I can't imagine that. I believe that it's impossible that in this immensity we are alone. There must be something or someone elsewhere.
Then I ask myself, are we going to get extinct like all the other species that lived on earth. What kind of disaster is going to happen to us? Are we going to destroy ourselves with our stupidity or get replaced by a most advanced civilization? I would call that natural evolution just as Darwin said. But maybe before getting extinct we're going to find a way to live on another planet, who knows. Our future is unpredictable, all we can do is suppose until the unavoidable happens. Until then, let’s try not to be too selfish and stupid. Let’s unite to preserve the world that created us. We should stop destroying it and start thanking it for giving us life and letting us live on this beautiful planet called earth.
