I'm very interested in seeing youth particpate in civic and socially based porgrams. Like Public Allies, based in 13 cities. I believe leadership apprentice programs lead the way for a pipeline chalked full of tommorrow's leaders. I also believe it will abate the Executive Director shortage predicted in the coming years.
