 About Me |
Brittany graduated from Dalhousie University with a BA in International Development Studies and Political Science in 2008. Her education, coupled with extensive travel across the globe inspired her to become a committed activist for social justice, and pursue a career in the field of development. She had previously been a member of the TakingITGlobal network when she came across an open call for the Communications Assistant position for the Sprout E-course. Brittany is elated to now be working with the Sprout team, being part of the force that empowers youth to change the world. Here at Sprout, Brittany assists Emily with all communications-related work, from international promotions, to drafting Sprout newsletters, to creating digital media marketing campaigns, and she is oh-so proud to do it! Other than her passion for development and justice, Brittany's life diet largely consists of reading, traveling, music and photography. She also wants to learn how to dance.
