About Me

Bipin Pokhrel, 25-year young social entrepreneur with the background of organization management and information communication and having years of experience in managing the social organizations, events, campaigns from local level to nationwide.
Bipin has been working as President of the Youth Steps since 2006 and General Secretary of the Youth Initiative [www.youth.org.np] since year 2008, which is led & run by likeminded youth. He has extensive experience in managing and motivating the teams to produce the productive results. He is responsible for the future organizational development; strategic planning and assisting the management board to run the youth movements efficiently as well raise the required fund from various sources for the next phase of the strategic plan. In addition, he is coordinating & assisting various programs like Civic Leadership School, Civic Concerns workshops, Youth Resource Center, and many other national and international events and other organizational tasks and foreign affairs too.
He is also involved in various organizations as a consult. He is mainly responsible to give trainings on leadership development, creative/critical thinking, and team building for the graduate level students as well as professional youth. Motivate them to participate and put interest to discuss and debate on contemporary civic, political, & economic issues while enhancing their leadership capabilities through different tools like public speaking, moderation skills, and facilitation skills among the participants.
