Hi, I am a high school teacher in Surrey BC who is relatively new to on line profiles and communication; and new to social action.
My family and I sponsor two children around the world - one boy in Haiti and another young girl in Burkina-Faso.
As a father and teacher, I realize the importance each of us has to maintain the dignity and hope in our world. I want my kids to be global citizens, and I watch the power of empathy and community shine in the students of my classes.
