As a youth it is Otchere- Baffour Bethels' desire to equip himself for the coming future.It is for this reason that he pursues a course in development management so that he can also partake in development efforts for himself, the nation and the world as a whole. He has held some leadership positions and has worked in various institutions so as to equip himself with a wealth of knowledge and thus better himself for any upcoming leadership or if need be follower ship role he may take in the coming future.
