I am a Kenyan whose intent is to add value to people, my vision is to enhance leadership development among youth for sustainable futures. I find joy in helping young people increase their self and social awareness, discover their purpose and exploit their potential through their unique gifts, talents and abilities. I am a founding director of a leadership development organization that conducts research, training and development and outreach programs on leadership issues among youth in Africa. Am interested in linking up with like minded people and organizations that are making a difference in people's lives around the world
